So I got a call out of the blue they need these drawings of twins for the big twin parade. I thought it would be a swell assignment. I do a test no problem. Then I get the go ahead to do two more. Then they said " Hey, where is the third drawing ? " and I said " Third drawing ? " and they say " Oh, shoot, here it is, we need it tomorrow " or something so I did that too and then I get this email.
" The 3 drawings which you made did not pass the artistic direction, your portraits do not have eyes, they are rounds, and the artistic director does not want that.
Sorry. "
Look at the drawings. Do they have eyes ? Or rounds ? I really thought I was drawing eyes.
Sometimes I think I have bad luck. But like the song says better to have bad luck than no luck t all, right ?

I love these pics, the two women and the rocker above! I don't understand the context of the blurb about them or how it means you have bad luck...but they're great drawings.
Maybe it means:
Thank you now we'll give these to our in-house artist for things he/she couldn't solve or was too despondent to figure out.
